Job Description:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Drive affordable housing loan sales in the assigned territory.
- Build and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and tap into new market opportunities for affordable housing products.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and set clear KPIs for team members.
- Customer & Channel Management:
- Build relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents to generate leads.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quick resolution of queries.
- Conduct customer interactions to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Work closely with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursals.
- Monitor portfolio health and proactively manage NPAs.
