Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven City Head-Sales to lead our city Syndicate vertical and take charge of driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that offers exciting challenges, an opportunity to make a real impact, and potential for career advancement within the company.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Sales Operations: Take full ownership of sales operations in the city, driving growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue.
    • Channel Partner Management: Onboard, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners. Build a high-performing channel network that aligns with business objectives.
    • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement city-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Focus on new customer acquisition, business retention, and optimizing sales processes.
    • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Ensure your team has the right tools, training, and motivation to succeed. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate businesses, associations, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers.
    • Business Intelligence & Market Expansion: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Implement strategies to capture market share and drive business growth in the city.
    • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Use data and insights to refine strategies, improve processes, and achieve better results.

    • Market Savvy: You have deep knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Your ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies quickly is key to your success.
    • Experience in Channel Sales or Real Estate: A background in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and working with channel partners is a plus. Experience in real estate or similar industries is highly desirable.
    • Strong Negotiation & Coordination Skills: Excellent negotiating skills and closing deals, and have a proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to get results.
