Job Description:

Job Summary: As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions form hire to retire within our organization, which is a start-up Aviation business. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and compliance with HR policies and regulations, which initially would involve support in the creation and establishment of HR processes and policies.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a can-do attitude and willingness to drive key project milestones too. The role requires the incumbent to be abreast with latest best practices to contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
Support recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Contribute and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to the design and implementation of employee training and development programs.
Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
Ensure implementation of employee benefits programs and compliance with regulations.
Support and administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
Support in the design and implementation of an effective employee recognition and rewards programs.
Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
Ensure to support and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
Support and ensure timely quality performance appraisal system by managers and business leaders.
Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies.

• AnalyAcal Skills: Capability to analyse complex situations, identify potential safety risks, and recommend appropriate actions. Proactive in nature.
• Regulatory Knowledge: The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards.
• Business Acumen: Ability to identify business issues and generate solutions
• Results-oriented: Ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
• Innovative: Thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
• MS Excel skills: Medium to advanced level
• Conflict resolution: expert in managing conflicts to promote healthy workplace relationships
• Critical thinking: ability to effectively analyse information, identify trends.

Typical Work Environment:

• May involve 3-4 days travel on monthly basis to business units across India
• Base location: Gurugram, Harayana

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Preferred is MBA degree in HR.
Minimum of 3-4 years of prior HR work experience- working knowledge in recruitment, training, or organizational development.
Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS and HR analytics.
Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
