Job Description:
Position: Liasion Officer
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Government Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the plant and various regulatory and government bodies including the FDA, Pollution Control Board, PFIC, Boiler Labor, Nagar Nigam, Employee Welfare, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure all required licenses, permits, and certificates for the plant’s operations are obtained, renewed, and maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant governmental regulations affecting the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, including environmental, safety, and employee welfare requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulatory authorities on plant operations,environmental impact, employee welfare programs, and other related matters.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all licenses, permits, and approvals, and track renewal dates.
- Ensure proper documentation for plant inspections and audits conducted by relevant authorities.
- Strategic Guidance:
- Advise the plant management on government policies, regulatory changes, and best practices in regulatory compliance.
- Engage with government officials to resolve issues, address concerns, and improve plant operations in line with government expectations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, ensuring the plant’s interests are represented effectively.
- Participate in meetings, hearings, and other engagements with government officials to present and protect the interests of the company.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, government processes, and documentation in India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and engage effectively with government authorities and officials.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities and complex situations.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office) and familiarity with regulatory compliance software is a plus.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
