Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team within the logistics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with logistics-related queries, and ensuring smooth communication between the company, clients, and logistics partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Customer Support:

1. Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide support through phone.

2. Address inquiries related to logistics services, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and status updates.

3. Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Order Management:

1. Monitor and manage order status, delivery timelines, and ensure accurate documentation.

2. Coordinate with warehouses, transportation, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.

3. Assist customers with the return and exchange process if required.

 

Communication:

1. Effectively communicate shipment details, delays, and any logistical issues to customers, keeping them informed at every stage of the process.

2. Coordinate internally with the logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

3. Experience: (0 to 3 Years) Fresher also can apply but required excellent communication skills.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

1. A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

2. Graduation is mandatory.
