Job Description:

 

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing the sales team, maintaining showroom aesthetics, and driving sales growth. This role requires a combination of leadership, customer service, sales skills, and operational management to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Management:

    • Ensure customers receive an exceptional level of service and product knowledge.
    • Greet and engage with customers, providing expert advice on products and services.
    • Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Management:

    • Achieve sales targets and
        • contribute to showroom growth.
        • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
        • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize showroom performance.
        • Train and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential and meet targets.
      • Team Leadership & Development:

        • Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales associates to ensure high performance.
        • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and goals.
        • Provide ongoing training on products, customer service techniques, and sales strategies.
        • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, performance reviews, and career development support.
      • Showroom Operations:

        • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
        • Oversee inventory management, ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
        • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
        • Manage product demonstrations and promotional events to attract customers.
      • Administrative Duties:

        • Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, sales reporting, and order processing.
        • Manage showroom expenses and assist with budget planning.
        • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
      • Marketing and Promotions:

        • Assist in the creation and execution of local marketing and promotional campaigns.
        • Work with the marketing team to ensure product displays and advertisements align with brand standards.
      • Reporting & Analysis:

        • Provide regular reports on showroom performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
        • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

      Qualifications & Skills

      • Experience:

        • 3-5 years of experience in a retail or showroom management role, with a proven track record of sales success and team leadership.
        • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment and managing a sales team is highly preferred.
      • Skills:

        • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
        • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
        • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
        • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and showroom management software.
        • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
        • In-depth knowledge of the products and services offered in the showroom.
