Job Description:

Safety Program Implementation:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive fire safety and emergency response plans.Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.Ensure all employees are trained on fire safety procedures and emergency protocols.Inspection and Compliance:

Regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify potential fire hazards.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and codes.Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.Emergency Preparedness:

Develop and conduct fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.Prepare emergency response plans and coordinate with local fire departments and emergency services.Act as the primary contact for emergency personnel during incidents.Incident Management:

Investigate fire incidents and safety violations.Prepare reports on fire incidents, detailing causes, damages, and recommendations for preventing future occurrences.Implement corrective actions to address safety deficiencies.Training and Education:

Conduct fire safety training sessions for employees.Educate staff on the proper use of fire extinguishers, alarms, and other safety equipment.Promote a culture of safety within the organization.Safety Equipment Management:

Ensure fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and other fire safety equipment are regularly maintained and functional.Coordinate with maintenance teams for the regular servicing of safety equipment.Keep inventory of safety equipment and manage replacements as needed.
