Formulation Operator - Production

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience with Experience in running independently Formulation plant(SL/SC/EC) both water and solvent based plant.
• Able to handle exothermic reaction.
• Bead mill operation, Sparkler filter operation and cleaning.
• Change over of product line in same vessel if needed.
• Ability to accurately understand process problems identify and correct it on time with minimum supervision.
• Able to work and direct 2 contractual helpers for lifting a maximum of 25kg and stand for an eight-hour /Twelve work shift.
• Able to work in manual operation plant .
• Committed to quality, safety and communication
• Team-oriented and self-directed.

Roles & Responsibility

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties.
• Carry out housekeeping of shop floor and upkeep machine(Rotatory) .
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
• Effectively monitor production equipment without any down time.
• Assist floor in charge and SAP technician and take material stock(RM/FG) as needed.
• Coordinate with QC to ensure FTR to be 100% and failure to be NIL.
• Timely collection of Lab analysis report and proceed as per final correction given by QC.
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
• Maintain safe and clean work space, follow established safety rules and regulations.
• Willing to work extended hours as and when needed.
• Need to formulate in small vessels in case orders are in liters or for sample purpose.
• Able to conduct trials with QC/R & D.
• Knowledge of CIP and cross contamination is essential.
• Recycling /Reusing of waste/wash water for dilution purpose.
• Proper entry of batch size and actual weighment as per batch ticket.
