1. Greeting visitors, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring it's tidy and well-organized.
2. Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff member or department.
3. Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
4. Maintaining accurate records of office expenses, visitor logs, and employee inquiries.
5. Scheduling appointments and meetings, and organizing the company's calendar.
6. Demonstrating strong communication abilities.
