Job Description:
- As per Marketing head's introduction and data decide the number of designs required for the season
- Sampling for Raw Material and trims should be sourced by the Merchandiser.
- Plan Sampling along with production department.
- Evaluate process by costing the time.
- Generate MRP for the product.
- Get final approval of all samples from marketing HOD.
- On receiving approval on samples place bulk order for raw materials required for production.
- Generate P.O. Slips for the same and get them approved by HOD
- Follow up with the vendor availability and delivery dates of the raw material.
- Bulk production Planning
- Update the marketing team from time to time and have information about product availability, time of delivery etc.
- Plan production time and excel sheet and keep updated HOD about the same
- Collect and understand the design sheet given by designer thoroughly and give practical production inputs.
- Coordinate with masters and karigars at the workshop.
