Job Description:
A. Project Planning & Scheduling:
1. Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
2.Help track project progress and ensure deadlines are met..
3. Coordinate resources and schedule meetings to ensure team members have the necessary tools and information.

B. Communication & Collaboration:
1. Serve as the point of contact for project-related inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
2. Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring everyone is informed about project milestones, updates, and changes.

C. Documentation & Reporting:
1. Maintain and organize all project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
2.Track project progress and compile regular status reports for project stakeholders.
3. Ensure that all project documents are complete, accurate, and stored properly.

D. Support Project Manager:
1. Provide administrative and logistical support to the project manager and project teams.
2. Handle day-to-day project coordination activities to ensure smooth operations.
3. Help manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or costs.

E. Quality Control:
1. Ensure that the project meets required standards, policies, and regulations.
2. Track quality assurance and quality control measures and assist in ensuring project deliverables meet the set quality standards.

F. Resource Management:
1. Assist in the allocation and management of project resources (e.g., team members, tools, budget).
2. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to stay on track with project timelines and goals.

 

1.  Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
2.  Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
3.  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4.  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
5.  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6.  Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7.  Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
