Job Description:

1. Loan Repayment Management: Oversee the loan repayment process, ensuring timely
and accurate payment processing.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries
and resolving issues related to loan repayment.
3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of loan servicing professionals, providing
guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve loan repayment processes to
increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and
procedures related to loan repayment.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to loan repayment, such as
delinquencies and defaults.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports on NACH registration & loan
presentation providing insights to all stakeholders.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as credit risk, collections, and
customer service, to ensure seamless loan repayment processes.
