Job Description:
- Accountability
- Follow the safety and instructions while executing day-to-day shift production activities.
- Ensure forklift safety check before startup and report in case any abnormality.
- Operate a forklift to move material through facility (i.e. forklift, manual stackers) as required.
- Provide materials and components (tolls, die and other equipment) to the line by physically moving them from stock points along the line, off trailers, racks and from other storage areas.
- Interact with logistics/ warehouses to work as a team when receive or moved the materials
- Actively communicate with supervisors and production operators to effectively handle material and notify problems/concerns (if any).
- Properly document work reports to guarantee the right inventory control and securely stored.
- Assist in the effective completion of inventory audits by cross checking products and informing production supervisor/engineer of any discrepancies.
- Ensure product or packing material cleaned and stored in safe way at designated areas
- Ensure scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping, and place in proper containers or designated place and these waste moved as per defined procedures
- Use safe tools such as hammers, cutter to remove strapping, open crates, strap cars.
