Experience: 2-3 years in the Insurance Industry
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Products: General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Motor & Non-Motor Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products to individuals and agents.

• Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

• Provide clients with quotes and proposals, highlighting product benefits.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring sales targets are met.

• Offer after-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns.

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the insurance sector, preferably in a sales role.

• Skills:
