Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government agencies.

  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets and provide training and mentorship.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with corporate and industrial clients.

  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales within the water treatment industry, specifically in sewage water treatment, effluent treatment, and pure water generation.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of water treatment processes, government regulations, and environmental compliance.

  • Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills

    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans

    • Relationship-building and client management expertise

    • Market research and business intelligence capabilities
