Sales Associate/Outdoor Sales Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial water treatment sector.

Promote and sell water treatment solutions to industries, manufacturers, and other key clients.

Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to potential and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations to clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the internal technical and project teams for seamless execution.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in industrial water treatment plants.

Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental) or related field preferred.

Skills:

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales generation.
