Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Performance Tracking & Productivity Management
 Monitor attendance, productivity, and individual contribution of employees.
 Work with managers to track KPIs and performance metrics.
 Implement performance review cycles (quarterly/biannual).
 Identify low performers and high-potential employees to drive improvement

strategies.


2. Organizational Structure & HR Systems
 Maintain an updated org chart reflecting reporting structures.
 Manage HR documentation, policies, and compliance.
 Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
3. Training, Upskilling & Employee Growth
 Plan and execute upskilling and training sessions across departments.
 Develop career growth plans for employees.
 Work with leadership to align learning programs with business goals.
4. Culture & Employee Engagement
 Foster a positive and high-performance culture.
 Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
 Conduct employee feedback sessions and implement improvements.
5. Managerial Feedback & Career Planning
 Ensure employees receive regular constructive feedback from managers.
 Track and facilitate one-on-one career planning discussions.
 Support managers in setting clear goals and growth paths for employees.
