Job Description:
Role overview:
Delivery of leadership assessments/360 surveys for clients on internal/external platforms.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Gathering the project requirement, assessment/simulation setup and delivery, reporting setup and delivery including designing scoring and generating results.
• Collation of scores for different tools in order to maintain database.
• Analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
• Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau / PowerBI
• Strong and effective communication skills (structured and Clear) Good Team player and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders•
• Identify innovative ways to improves current ways of execution Operates independently with Strong domain knowledge (understanding of Primary/Secondary Research, survey methodology and client products).
- Prior experience on lines of Operations and Project Management.
- Responsible for stakeholder management (including status updates on project/activities, query resolution, etc.)
- Adherence to strict timelines and assure quality of the deliverables.
-Should be able to do multi-tasking in order to ensure timely completion of activities- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Contributes to training and capability development for Jr. Analyst in collaboration (classroom trainings, training material development etc.)
- Support consulting assignments (including interfacing with external clients).
Skills AND Knowledge
Requirements:
- Analysts are responsible for stakeholder management (including status updates on project/activities, query resolution, risk documentation etc.)
- Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
Proficient in MS Office:
• MS Excel: Text functions (CONCATENATE, TRIM), Math functions (CEILING, RANDBETWEEN,), Statistical functions (COUNTA, COUNTIF), Information functions (ISBLANK, ISERROR), Multiple Lookups, Pivot tables and creating charts.
• Presentation Tools: Should be well versed with basic tool functionalities for creating, editing and formatting presentation. Should be able to construct/modify a table in a Presentation using excel interface.
• MS PowerPoint: Usage of features like Slide orientation, Transition and timing, PDF conversion and Backgrounds and layouts.
• MS Word:- Should be able to format a table, add cover page, adjust margins, convert text to table and back.

-Knowledge of Statistic functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation and regression.

-Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborative approach with fellow colleagues, self-motivator and go getter attitude.
