Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on B2C sales, engaging directly with people to promote dental care campaigns, generate leads, and drive walk-ins to our dental care centers. Key Responsibilities:

• Approach individuals in designated areas to promote dental care campaigns.

• Communicate the benefits of dental health services clearly and persuasively.

• Collect phone numbers and other necessary details from interested individuals to generate leads.

• Accurately record and maintain a database of collected leads.

• Follow up with potential customers to encourage visits to the dental care center.

• Achieve targets for lead generation and successful walk-ins.

• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

• The closure will be considered successful when a person whose phone number was collected by the executive walks into the dental care center.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2C sales, field marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle rejection with a positive attitude.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

• Basic knowledge of dental care is a plus, but training will be provided.

• A 21 day paid training will be provided. 

Shift Timings

• 9.5 hours of shift. Log in may be as early as 9 AM and
  logout may be as late as 9 PM.
• A week off  on Sunday
