Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP applications, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any system-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PS) and SAP integrations, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use SAP applications effectively.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for SAP configurations and customizations, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records.
• Master Data Management – Oversee and ensure the integrity of SAP master data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the system.
• Proficiency in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, BASIS) with hands-on experience.
• Experience with SAP support – including troubleshooting and issue resolution across various SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies for system configuration, maintenance, and integration.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules, ensuring smooth cross- functional processes.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a strong focus on application development and maintenance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
• Teamwork abilities – comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic and fast- paced environment.
