Franchise Manager
Job Description:
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Manager of Franchise Development & Operations will play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing the franchise network. This position is responsible for signing new franchisees and providing comprehensive support before and after the opening of new clubs. The role also involves generating franchise leads, screening prospects, conducting regular market surveys, and managing a franchisee feedback program to ensure franchisee satisfaction and are ahead of competition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Franchise Development:
· Identify and target potential markets for franchise expansion.
· Generate franchise leads through various channels and screen prospects to ensure alignment with the brand’s values and objectives.
· Sign new franchisees, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met.
· Ensure all documents are received from the Sub Licensees.
· Develop and present franchise business models and agreements to prospective franchisees.
· Meet monthly and annual MOU & Agreement signing targets.
Support & Operations:
· Provide end-to-end support to new franchisees, from the initial agreement through to the opening of the club and beyond.
· Ensure franchisees are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to successfully operate their clubs.
· Conduct regular market surveys to monitor industry trends and gather insights to keep the franchise network ahead of the competition.
· Implement and manage a franchisee feedback program to continually improve support services and ensure franchisee satisfaction.
· Develop and execute a strong and healthy franchisee feedback program to gather insights and address concerns, ensuring the franchise network meets expectations and remains competitive.
· Analyse financial and operational performance metrics, providing actionable insights to franchisees and senior management.
