Field Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven field sales executive to promote and sell our electric vehicle (EV) commercial vehicle and passenger auto solutions to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM updates and sales forecasting.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong knowledge of the EV industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
- Experience in 3 wheeler electric vehicles industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
