Job Description:
Position: Executive – Sales (Pharma Bottle Division)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products/services and communicate their value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.
Required Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and build long-term relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
