JOB TITLE: Engineer II, Hardware
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a skilled Engineer II, Hardware to join our team. This
role involves designing and developing hardware boards in compliance
with medical standards. Key responsibilities include analysing
requirements, creating detailed hardware specifications, designing
system architecture, and performing testing. The role also involves
ensuring EMI EMC compliance, supporting manufacturing with technical
expertise, and handling customer complaints. Join us to innovate and

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and development of Hardware boards considering medical
standards
• Performing all aspects of design, development, implementation,
and testing of hardware for embedded systems
• Work on analysing the requirements, Drafting detailed hardware
specifications, Design and development of Hardware system
architecture, Schematic design, PCB layout and design
• Develop and maintain engineering documents to meet the
medical quality system requirements
• Creating the test protocols for the hardware module as per
product specification and medical standards and performing the
test
• Hardware design for EMI EMC standards, Testing and root cause
analysis, providing design solutions for EMI EMC
• Component selection and procurement
• Technical support to manufacturing, providing expertise in Root
cause analysis, Executing design changes Product or process
improvements
• Leading technical design reviews and participating in design
reviews
• Providing innovative solutions for customer or user requirements
• Product technical documentation
• Handling customer complaints and providing expertise in root
cause analysis
EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in EC/EE
COMPENTENCIES • Bachelor’s degree in EC/EE
• 3-5 years with hands-on experience in Analog circuits, Digital
electronics, and Power Electronics preferably medical devices
• A demonstrated track record in electromechanical hardware
development
• Expertise in communication protocols I2C, SPI, UART etc
• Good knowledge of microcontrollers, motor controllers, drivers &
sensor technologies
• Good knowledge on schematic design, layout and PCB Design
• Expertise in component analysis and selection
• Proven knowledge in embedded hardware debugging
• Good knowledge on EMI EMC concepts
• Handson experience in PCB design tools preferably Altium or
cadence
