Domestic Marketing Manager
Job Description:
• Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic
market for seamless stainless steel pipes.
• B2B Sales & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
distributors, dealers, and direct industrial clients.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and
convert leads into sales.
• Pricing & Negotiation: Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to close deals
profitably.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and suggest strategies
to stay ahead.
• Coordination with Production & Logistics: Ensure smooth order processing and timely
delivery by coordinating with internal teams.
• Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, attend industry expos,
and represent the company at trade events.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, track market performance, and suggest
improvements.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Industry Experience: Preferably from the steel, metal, or industrial engineering sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of stainless steel pipes and their applications is a
plus.
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong networking, persuasion, and relationship-building
skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking.
