Job Description:

Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, assisting in strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
Roles & Responsibilities

Executive Support:
 Manage executives calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
 Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
 Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings and engagements.
 Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.


Strategic Planning:

 Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
 Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather data and insights for strategic analysis.
 Help prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic objectives.
 Monitor progress on strategic goals and provide regular updates to executives.

Project Management:

 Oversee and coordinate projects on behalf of the executive team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic priorities.
 Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, providing status reports as needed.
 Anticipate potential risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

Communication and Liaison:

 Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and diplomatic communication.
 Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
 Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.


Confidentiality and Discretion:

 Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
 Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive decisions, discussions, and proprietary information.
 Exercise judgment and tact in all communications and interactions.

Education and Experience
 Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
 Proven experience 10 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
 Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
 Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
 Experience in strategic planning, project management, or business analysis is a plus.
