Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the food industry, gourmet sector, restaurants, or 5-star hotels. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking and representing the company, possess basic computer and presentation skills, and have a solid understanding of functional prospectus to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food, gourmet, hospitality, or fine dining sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring clients understand the value proposition.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the food and hospitality industry.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and functional prospectus tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or key account management within the food industry, gourmet sector, or hospitality (restaurants/5-star hotels).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent the company professionally.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.

  • Strong knowledge of functional prospectus, including how to present business cases and product benefits.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
