Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:

Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand.

• Allocate raw materials and production capacity efficiently.

Coordinate with procurement for timely raw material delivery.

Optimize production processes to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.

2. Inventory Management:

Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.

Implement inventory control strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Manage stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.

3. Production Monitoring & Control:

• Track production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Implement corrective actions to address production issues and uphold quality standards.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular production reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze production trends and provide data-driven insights.

Present findings to management for strategic decision-making.

5. Compliance & Efficiency:•

Ensure all production processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and

environmental guidelines.

Focus on increasing production volume while reducing cycle time.

Implement manpower and team management strategies to enhance productivity.

Lead training initiatives for shop floor and manufacturing teams to optimize operational

excellence.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes (KSA):

Proficiency in ERP, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Experience in heat exchanger and heavy equipment manufacturing (preferred)
