Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new markets, opportunities, and strategic partnerships to grow revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Account Management & Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and customized solutions.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with clients to secure long-term agreements.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Set goals, monitor individual and team KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work environment through collaboration and motivation.
Sales Operations & Financial Management
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership review.
- Manage the sales pipeline and align with operations, finance, and logistics to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage pricing, margins, and discounts effectively
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government and corporate tenders.
- Develop strategies for expanding the customer base in untapped markets and regions.
- Coordinate with the rentals, service, and parts teams to offer bundled solutions.
