Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records of orders, ensure timely dispatch, and update clients on order status.
- Work closely with the production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth sales
operations.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, invoices, and other required documents.
- Update customer information and track sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow up on quotations, and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Gather insights on competitors and market trends to support sales strategies.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the manufacturing/engineering
industry.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
