Office Coordinator
Job Description:
We are now looking for a Office Coordinator.
Job responsibilities:
Manage day to day operational activities.
Attend to incoming calls.
Resolve the issues over the phone, by raising a ticket, arranging the require services through vendors
Delegate service providers to the site for execution of work (painting, plumbing, electrical or carpentry works)
Collection through proper followups
Manage all inhouse purchase
Coordinate with field staffs
Handle AMC's and vendor contracts
Proper documentation of the customer records and services provided
Site visit if required
Calm and polite, customer service oriented candidates is required
Preferred candidate, who can join immediately.
