Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager with over 5 years of experience in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency in HR and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including documentation, induction, and training coordination.

  • Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance reviews.

  • Handle grievance resolution and disciplinary actions as per company policies.

  • Supervise exit formalities, including exit interviews, full & final settlements, and knowledge transfers.

2. Business & Operations Management:

  • Work closely with senior management to drive business goals and revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and increase efficiency.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in HR processes and business activities.

  • Collaborate with different teams (sales, HR, finance) to enhance productivity and profitability.

3. Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and healthcare professionals.

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication.

  • Work with external consultants for training and development programs.

4. Compliance & Industry Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations, labor laws, and corporate policies.

  • Keep track of industry trends and implement best practices in business and HR functions.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the medical industry in a business management role.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, onboarding, employee engagement, and exits.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to handle business operations, stakeholder management, and compliance.

  • Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and CRM tools is a plus.
