We are looking for a detail-oriented Franchisee Support Manager to handle franchisee complaints, manage closures, and oversee Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC). This role ensures smooth communication between the company and branches while ensuring compliance with company policies. Need candidates from broking sectors only.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage franchise closures, including asset return, financial settlements, and documentation.

Oversee AMC processes, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.

Maintain records of complaints, closures, and AMC files; analyze trends for process improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for issue resolution.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

Basic accounting knowledge.

1-2 years of experience in franchise operations or customer service.

Strong knowledge of franchise agreements and company policies.
