Job Description:

Designation : Associate– Commercial Insights

Location - BKC

Experience: 3.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)

Work Time -  9 AM to 5 PM

Work Days - Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Salary – Best in Industry, Other benefits- PF, Mediclaim, bonus,24 days paid leaves and Bus Facility.

Contract - Renewable 

Candidate will be on Talisman's Payroll

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Competencies / Skills

  • Analytical tools like R, Python, etc
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in Macro will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong customer connects

Good team player and inter personal relations

Education & experience:  

  • Graduate and/or MBA
  • Preferably B.Tech, Engineer and/or MBA

Overall 6-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics

Position Accountability/Scope/ Size / Complexity:

  • Gather, document and analyze business requirements
  • Data analysis with integrated data sets
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate information reaches to senior management
  • Core Job Responsibilities:

    Analysis

    • Analyze the large amount of information/data to discover trends or patterns
    • Present data to provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns through visualization techniques/analytical tools
    • Execute analytical requirements methodically to help solve various problems and make a true impact across various processes
    • Understand all integrated data sets and masters and perform analysis on combined data sets to identify critical business insights
    • Analyze all incentive related data which help business to leverage timely, actionable information to improve the quality of decisions.

    Documentation & Co-ordination:

    • Understand and documentation of business requirements (BRD)
    • Co-ordination with different stakeholders, PMO, SFE, division heads, commercial directors

    Operational activities:

    • Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value-added service.
    • Should have experience in sales crediting
    • Ensure timely and accurate incentive disbursements.
    • Target setting to establish fair performance goals for field force.
