Salary CTC: 2.50 – 4 LPA

Shift : Rotational (Day/ Night)

Job Description:

  1. Falck is looking for a CSE/ Senior Customer Service Executive to join our Assistance team to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in the event of illness or accidents while travelling worldwide.
  2. You are required to answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and ensure appropriate assistance service are delivered in a timely manner.
  3. You can expect a long term and stable career with learning and growth opportunities.

Required: 

  1. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Fluent in English).
  2. Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
  3. Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease.
  4. Ability to work as part of a team.
  5. Available to work in day and night shifts.
  6. University/college degree in any stream.
