Designation - Business Development Manager
Location - Mumbai (Nariman Point)
Working days - Monday to Friday
Working Time - 9:30 am To 6:30 pm
Qualification MBA/PGDM / Bcom
Experience 2 - 5 years in Business Development 
Fluency in written and spoken English.


Job Description – Business Development

  • Should be able get in touch with NBFC’s, Banks, Corporates, Private Equity Fund houses for Business development of Trusteeship products.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Identify and engage with new and prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to address client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Business Development Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to support business development initiatives.
    • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of prospective clients.
  • Representation and Networking:
    • Represent MITCON Credentia at industry seminars, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand professional contacts.
    • Actively participate in industry forums to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Continuously learn about new products and services to effectively pitch to clients.
    • Ensure legal and operations teams are informed and involved in the pitching process to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategic business plans.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development targets.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Client Feedback and Improvement:
    • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
    • Implement changes based on feedback to enhance the overall client experience.
