We are hiring a Field Technical Sales Executive in Sanand.

Job Title:
Field Technical Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
(Only Male Can Apply)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays and Sundays off)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Age Limit: 23 to 35 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and technically sound Field Technical Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing customer relationships, delivering technical sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. This position demands a proactive approach to business development and a strong understanding of technical products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities through field sales activities.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and forecasts.

  • Provide pre-sales consultations and post-sales technical support.

  • Coordinate with internal departments including technical, sales, and engineering teams.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Stay current with industry developments and competitor offerings.

  • Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Solid technical understanding of products and services.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
