Job Description:
1. Client Relationship Management:-
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property investors, and other clients in the real estate sector.
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, understanding their financial goals and challenges.
2. Financial Analysis:-
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of clients; real estate projects, including cash flow projections, risk assessment, and creditworthiness evaluation.
- Assess the feasibility and potential risks associated with proposed real estate financing deals.
3. Customized Financing Solutions:-
- Work closely with clients to tailor financing solutions that meet their specific needs, considering various lending products such as commercial mortgages, construction loans, and bridge financing.
4. Deal Structuring:-
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure financing deals, ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements and the institution;s credit policies.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for approval by the credit committee.
5. Risk Management:-
- Monitor the ongoing financial performance of clients; real estate projects and proactively address any potential issues or risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the financial institution;s interests.
6. Compliance and Documentation:-
- Ensure all financing transactions are compliant with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Oversee the documentation process, including loan agreements and security documentation.
7. Market Research and Industry Knowledge:-
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
8. Networking and Business Development:-
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base and identify potential business opportunities.
