Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and establish client tie-ups to expand the market.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive business development initiatives and market expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Must have experience in the plastic industry (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in business development & client acquisition.
- Proven ability in scaling up business operations.
- Hands-on experience in team handling & sales strategy formulation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Need candidate from plastic background, ideally passed out from CIPET
- Current turnover – 40 Cr. Business head will be responsible to scale it upto 100Cr.
- Current Production – 4000 mt. Business head will be responsible to scale it upto 10000mt
- We are looking for candidates with core expertise into sales/ marketing and basic production knowledge
