Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and establish client tie-ups to expand the market.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive business development initiatives and market expansion.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Must have experience in the plastic industry (Mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in business development & client acquisition.
  • Proven ability in scaling up business operations.
  • Hands-on experience in team handling & sales strategy formulation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Need candidate from plastic background, ideally passed out from CIPET
  • Current turnover – 40 Cr. Business head will be responsible to scale it upto 100Cr.
  • Current Production – 4000 mt. Business head will be responsible to scale it upto 10000mt
  • We are looking for candidates with core expertise into sales/ marketing and basic production knowledge
