We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the boiler manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing marketing campaigns, and driving business growth through effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within the boiler manufacturing sector.
- Marketing Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create effective marketing materials.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and marketing performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and marketing within the boiler manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of boiler products, applications, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
