JD for Sales & Marketing Engineer:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team in the boiler manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales and marketing skills to promote our products, drive business growth, and support our customers effectively. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and developing strategies to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the boiler manufacturing sector.
    • Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and manage the complete sales cycle.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Technical Sales Support:
    • Provide technical consultation to clients regarding boiler products, specifications, and applications.
    • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and project bids.
    • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Marketing & Brand Promotion:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
    • Organize product demonstrations, trade shows, and seminars to showcase company offerings.
    • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Address customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales within the boiler manufacturing industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of boiler technologies, applications, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in technical sales tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent sales and marketing abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical data and translate it into customer-friendly solutions.
