Branch Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations and administration of the branch.

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives, coordinators, and support staff.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and hospitals.

Conduct regular training sessions for team members on products and sales techniques.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and prompt support.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Maintain proper inventory levels, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, targets, and KPIs.

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Dental, Pharma, or Business Management. MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical/dental sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of dental implant products and market.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and team performance.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
