Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the dairy industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the dairy sector, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and a strong network of relationships within dairy processing plants, farms, cooperatives, and related organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing and executing sales plans to expand our market share and build long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the dairy industry.
    • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Forecast sales and provide accurate sales reports to senior management.
  • Business Development & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at dairy processing plants, farms, cooperatives, and other relevant organizations.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
    • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation1 to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and customer service.
    • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise:
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and its applications within the dairy industry.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
    • Provide technical support and product training to clients as needed.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer2 experience.
    • Provide feedback and insights to product development teams to improve product offerings.
    • Mentor and train junior sales team members (if applicable).
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Generate regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
    • Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements
