Designation – Bodyshop Advisor
Work Timings – 9:00am to 6:00pm
Working Days –
Work Location – Taleigao , Margao , Karaswada

Qualification – Degree or diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering

Job description in detail:
- Receiving the customer & ensure speedy repair of vehicles through clear identification of customer needs.
- Customer interaction: collection of all claim related documents, claim file completion with all documents.
- Organize timely vehicle survey by insurance company.
- Offer pickup facility to the customer to reach body shop.
- Inform the customer about vehicle receipt.
- Provide clear cost estimates & repairs approved under insurance.
- Ensure completion of vehicle repairs at the promised time & vehicle delivery to the customers
- Attend the customer within five minutes of his/her arrival. If the body shop Advisor is not able to attend, then the Help Desk Coordinator should attend to the customer till the time the Body shop Advisor is available.
- Verify and collect the documents as per requirement i.e. valid insurance policy, RC, ID proof of the vehicle owner, Valid Driving license and any other document (Commercial vehicles, Affidavit for 3rd party damage, FIR copy etc.)
- Update repairs approved in the job card.
- Identify vehicles as minor, medium, major repairs.
- Resolve any complaint /feedback reported by the customer.
- Show the replaced panels / old parts (if any) to the customer.
- Explain repair charges to customers
- Prepare Estimate sheet on DMS.
- Provide an initial estimate for the customer, based on vehicle damage and customer demanded repairs
- Check with the spare parts department about the parts required for vehicle repairs and get information about the availability of these spare parts.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.
- Check and ensure completion of repairs (before the vehicle delivery) and vehicle cleanliness.
- Conduct vehicle road tests after completion of repair and ensure vehicle performance is ok.
- Inform the customer about vehicle readiness.
- Provide explanation of repairs done & charges ( depreciation in case of Non-MI Insurance claim)
- Provide an initial estimate to the customer based on vehicle damage and customer demanded repairs
- Assist customers in modes of payment available and smooth vehicle delivery.
- Explain about any Non – MGA unapproved fitment in the vehicle and possible consequences like fire etc. and mention in DMS for future reference.
- Conduct post – repair follow-up after 3 days of vehicle delivery to check customer satisfaction
- Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints within 48 hours
