Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
-
Identify and acquire new emerging corporate clients (typically turnover between ₹100 Cr – ₹1000 Cr).

Deepen wallet share with existing clients by offering NBFC products like Working Capital, Term Loans, Equipment Finance, LAP, etc.

Act as a single point of contact for all client requirements, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Credit & Risk Assessment:
-
Understand the client’s business model, conduct credit assessment, and prepare detailed credit appraisal memos.
-
Liaise with credit and risk teams to ensure timely approval of proposals.

Monitor portfolio risk indicators and ensure early warning signal tracking.

Business Development & Cross-Selling:
-
Achieve assigned business targets (disbursement volumes, fee income, asset quality).

Cross-sell treasury, CMS, trade finance, and investment products wherever applicable.

Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance:

Ensure high-quality portfolio maintenance with low NPAs.
-
Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Regularly review accounts for documentation, KYC, renewals, and security perfection.

Market Intelligence & Networking:

Maintain strong market connect to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.

Represent the organization at key industry events and forums.
