Relationship Manager- Emerging corporates | Chandigarh

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

   • Identify and acquire new emerging corporate clients (typically turnover between ₹100 Cr – ₹1000 Cr).

   • Deepen wallet share with existing clients by offering NBFC products like Working Capital, Term Loans, Equipment Finance, LAP, etc.

   • Act as a single point of contact for all client requirements, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

2. Credit & Risk Assessment:

   • Understand the client’s business model, conduct credit assessment, and prepare detailed credit appraisal memos.

   • Liaise with credit and risk teams to ensure timely approval of proposals.

   • Monitor portfolio risk indicators and ensure early warning signal tracking.

3. Business Development & Cross-Selling:

   • Achieve assigned business targets (disbursement volumes, fee income, asset quality).

   • Cross-sell treasury, CMS, trade finance, and investment products wherever applicable.

4. Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance:

   • Ensure high-quality portfolio maintenance with low NPAs.

   • Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance guidelines.

   • Regularly review accounts for documentation, KYC, renewals, and security perfection.

5. Market Intelligence & Networking:

   • Maintain strong market connect to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.

   • Represent the organization at key industry events and forums.
