Job Description:
Resource shall be sent to U.S for Training for 3 weeks.
- Serve as team member in supporting and operating key aspects of infrastructure services
- Monitor and escalate issues to L3/L4 support and/or cloud vendor
- Troubleshoot issues to resolve problems
- Provide status updates to Operations product owner and stakeholders
- Track all details in the issue tracking system (JIRA)
- Provide issue review and triage problems for new service/support requests
- Contribute to Agile/Kanban workflows and team process work
- Fulfill any ad-hoc data or report request queries from different functional groups.
- On call for 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Working experience and good understanding of cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Infrastructure Operations: 1+ years supporting cloud infrastructure operations
- Monitoring: Hands on experience with monitoring tools
- Networking: Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, SMTP, HTTP, load-balancers (ELB) and high availability architecture
- Security: Good understanding of best practices.
- Demonstrated successful experience learning new technologies quickly
