Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager with an MBA in Finance/Marketing

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of industry experience with a

background in Investment Banking, Startups, or relationship management. You will play a pivotal

role in driving our business growth by identifying new market opportunities and fostering robust

client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis

o Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, analyze

market trends, and assess competitive landscapes.

o Leverage data insights to tailor business strategies and meet customer needs.

2. Business Strategy Development

o Collaborate with the executive team to design and implement effective business

development strategies that align with our company goals.

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and areas

for growth.

 

3. Client Relationship Management

 

o Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key

stakeholders.

o Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored

financial solutions.

o Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.

4. Lead Generation and Sales

o Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract new business.

o Conduct persuasive sales presentations and strategic negotiations to secure new

deals.

5. Networking

o Represent Growthally Advisors at industry events, conferences, and networking

functions to expand our market presence.

o Foster a broad network of industry contacts and strategic relationships.

6. Team Collaboration

o Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to

ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

o Provide leadership, mentorship, and collaborative support within the team.

7. Reporting and Analysis

o Prepare and present regular business development reports to the executive team,

highlighting progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.

o Utilize key performance indicators to evaluate the success of business development

initiatives.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

 Education: MBA in Finance/Marketing (preferred)

 Experience: 2-5 years in business development, preferably with a background in Investment

Banking, Start-Up Funding, or Angel Capital.

 Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate finance and financial advisory

services.

 Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along

with strong negotiation abilities.

 Analytical Skills: Proficient in market research, data analysis, and problem-solving.

 Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting and talking to founders/CXOs.

 Collaboration: Ability to work independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced

environment.
