Key Account Manager

Job Description:

1) Client Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. • Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 2) Account Development: • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to key accounts. • Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed client expectations. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific requirements. 3) Performance Monitoring: • Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring that service levels and delivery standards are consistently met. • Analyze data and client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Prepare and present reports on account performance and service outcomes to clients and senior management. 4) Problem Resolution: • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts in a timely and effective manner. • Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.

5) Market Insights:• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the company. • Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
