Job Description:

🔹 Job Title: Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

Industry: Irrigation, Water Treatment, STP (Sewage Treatment Plants)
Experience: 3–8+ Years
Qualification: Engineering degree from a reputed institute


🔹 Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential customers via multiple channels and introduce the full product range using catalogs, intro letters, and credentials.

  2. Generate enquiries, prepare preliminary designs, perform costing, and create offers/tenders. Follow up and handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.

  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding and interpreting client requirements.

  4. Persuade clients on the value proposition—quality, pricing, and delivery of products/services.

  5. Negotiate tender and contract terms to align client and company goals.

  6. Follow up with clients/consultants for technical clearance and approvals.

  7. Visit clients/consultants to present new products and designs.

  8. Prepare quotations, manage client accounts.

  9. Provide technical pre-sales support and after-sales service.

  10. Create regular reports for the head office, meet sales targets, and coordinate sales projects.

  11. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
