Executive Assistant to MD & CEO
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
-
Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and correspondence.

Prioritize tasks and communications for the CEO, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
-
Screen and summarize key communications (emails, calls, messages) for decision-making.
Strategic & Business Coordination
-
Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and key projects across departments.
-
Coordinate with leadership teams on behalf of the CEO to ensure execution of action points.

Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Assist in preparing board meeting materials, performance reviews, and investor reports.
Internal & External Liaison

Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and government bodies.

Represent the CEO in certain meetings when required, ensuring follow-up and alignment.

Facilitate smooth communication between departments, ensuring company-wide clarity on objectives and deliverables.
Operational Excellence

Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and follow-through on business activities.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve organizational processes and productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

5–10 years of relevant experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in manufacturing, chemical, or construction-related industries.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and business communication tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Discreet, trustworthy, and professionally assertive.
